This is the 3rd time I have had Duraclean from Avon come to clean my carpets and I am never disappointed. They are always on time, friendly and they do an amazing job. This time my carpet had a few spots that had been there a while, I was amazed at how they got them up. My carpets look like new. The price - you can't beat it. I highly recommend their service.
Highly recommend Duraclean. We found that our dishwasher had been leaking and they came out right away the same day. They were able to dry everything out and saved us from what could have turned out to be a very large and expensive kitchen repair. Excellent customer service. Have also used them for carpet cleaning in the past and been very happy.
The Duraclean team was very responsive. They arrived within an hour of my initial call. They took special care to make sure all of our water issues were taken care of. Bill and his team followed up with a daily visit to make sure our basement was drying properly and moved fans around. We were completely satisfied with their service and we highly recommend Duraclean to anyone.
Great experience having Duraclean clean my Oriental silk rug! It was returned to me looking like new, the service was quick, and best of all, the price is most reasonable. I have used other Cleveland area professional rug cleaners, spent triple the amount, and the rugs didn't look as good as this one does.

The operator was on time and very professional! He completed the job quickly, which was great with us having to keep our dogs out of the way. The carpet looks fantastic, and we appreciate the extra care that was given to spot treating some areas. Pricing was fair and we will definitely have them out again! Thank you!
We've used Duraclean in Avon twice and were quite please with both the cost and cleanliness. If fact, one rug got re-dirtied just a week after we had it cleaned, so they gave us a discount on the reclean. Friendly folks and fair return times.
